If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply attach the return label to the your return packaging and call our customer service department toll free at 1-800-418-7678 for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.

Our 30-Day Return Procedures:

To return your jewelry, follow our three step process:

Call us at 1-800-418-7678 for a Return Authorization Number. Write this code on the return label found at the bottom of your original invoice and affix the label to the outside of the box.
Place all the original packaging in the box.
On your invoice, if the price of the item you're returning is listed as:
- Less than $500: You can ship it via any carrier. Be sure to ship your item fully insured, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached its destination. *
- More than $500: Ship your package via US Postal Service Registered Mail™, insured for the total value of the contents, and request a return receipt for confirmation that your shipment has reached DiamondStudsOnly.* (FedEx® will not insure merchandise over $500.)

Once your return is received, it will be reviewed by our Quality Assurance department. You will receive e-mail notification regarding your return or exchange within seven business days.

Any unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages will be returned to sender.
