(To show comparable quality, simply direct us to a website or retail store that provides a reliable gemological certificate from either IGI, GIA or AGS gem laboratories. If the diamonds are not certified for quality, or the certificate is from a nother gem lab, call our customer service toll free at (800) 418-7678, and we will give you the option of having them inspected locally by an AGS affiliate jeweler or sending them to us via registered mail for our own inspection.)

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply attach the return label to your return packaging and call our customer service department for a Return Authorization Number and return shipping instructions.
