The diamond studs are the quality that you described. The only disappointment is the size. They look more 1/4 carat than 1/3 carat. I have 1/4 carat set in yellow gold and they appear to be the same size.

I recently purchased the (1") 1.5 ct Diamond-Inside-Out hoop earrings. The clarity and cut was remarkable, but what I really appreciated was the customer service. I was originally hesitant to purchase diamond earrings for my wife in celebration of our anniversary for fear of late deliveries, poor "sight unseen" purchases, etc; but I went ahead and ordered a pair from DSO.com and couldn't be happier with the decision. It's easily observable that they have great prices but the service I recieved was what really set them apart and is driving me to leave a positive review. I had original concerns since my wife would be recieving the package while I was at work that she would be tipped off by a label from "diamond studs only" and requested descrete packaging on my order. Within a day I recieved a reply detailing that all DSO packages are shipped descretely, which they could have easily observed and ignored my request since it's part of their normal practice anyway but they went the extra step to ease my mind quickly. I also had an issue when purchasing where a coupon code was initially recognized but upon billing it was not applied to my order. I brought it to their attention and recieved an apology and refund for the coupon value all within 1 business day. Upon reciept of the earings, they were well packaged and looked great, I had a question about the filling out of the insurance policy card, again, I was replied to promptly in a helpful manner within a business day. I am not usually this "needy" as purchases go with all the questions posed to the DSO team while going through the order process but it felt great to recieve such great service and I won't hesitate to come back to them in the future, should the time come when we're ready to upgrade these ear rings.

I went to that web site, and found the earring there for a "reduced price" of $229.00. I decided to see if he was the only game in town, and found many sites offering Black diamonds. I made the terrible mistake of ordering a pair of diamond stud earrings from another website. When they came I was so incredibly disappointed. They looked awful! The cut made them look dull and there were very visible imperfections on both earrings. I tried contacting them, and have not heard back from them as of two days later.
In comparison, I emailed diamondstudsonly after work, with a question about diamond quality, and there was a reply within minutes. And this, after business hours.
The following morning, I decided to order from diamondstudsonly. Since Christmas was coming close, I chose the next day shipping option. I can't tell you how shocked I was when I received notification that the package was picked up by FedEx that afternoon! I just received my package at 1 p.m this afternoon, about 28 hours after placing the order. Most businessess would still be processing the order!
