I placed an order for a diamond stud earring on 04/17 as a gift for my husband. He has a double-pierced ear, and already had one diamond stud - this order was to give him a second stud to wear. My order arrived on 04/22 (amazingly FAST).
The earring was stunningly beautiful, and he couldn't wait to put it on. When he did, I realized that the new stud from you all made his original diamond look so crummy and dull, that it just looked terrible. So yesterday I placed another order to get him a second stud so the stones would match.

My credit card wouldn't work on your website! I was hesitant due to the fact that this was a large amount of money for me and you get worried dealing with web line orders. I contacted the 1-800 number and spoke with one of your representatives (Andy). We found that my credit card had been renewed and I was using the wrong code number on the back of my card. I received my order the following day, and all I can say is WOW! Absolutely brilliant, stunning and eye catching! And the rosewood box that the earring came in is top notch. I just wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for you exemplary service!

I made the terrible mistake of ordering a pair of diamond stud earrings from another website. When they came I was so incredibly disappointed. They looked awful! The cut made them look dull and there were very visible imperfections on both earrings. I tried contacting them, and have not heard back from them as of two days later.

In comparison, I emailed diamondstudsonly after work, with a question about diamond quality, and there was a reply within minutes. And this, after business hours.

The following morning, I decided to order from diamondstudsonly. Since Christmas was coming close, I chose the next day shipping option. I can't tell you how shocked I was when I received notification that the package was picked up by FedEx that afternoon! I just received my package at 1 p.m this afternoon, about 28 hours after placing the order. Most businessess would still be processing the order!

The box that the earrings come in exudes quality and high class. Then, I looked at the earrings. They sparkle like nothing else can (except, I hope, my wife's eyes when she sees them!). They are so very clear and bright! And I am very glad I went with the three prong setting, it looks fantastic as well.
